POSITION SUMMARY


As the Marketing Executive for LIVEKINDLY Collective UK, you will support a range of marketing activities, from developing social media content and coordinating customer service initiatives to managing sample requests. Working closely with various teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to make plant-based foods more accessible. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organization at the forefront of sustainable food innovation. You will report to the Marketing Manager UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media & Content Creation: Contribute to UK social media strategy by creating and managing content, monitoring engagement, and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Marketing Asset Coordination: Brief agencies on design assets for food service and retail marketing, oversee final approvals, and maintain website content updates with web agencies.
  • Digital & Campaign Support: Assist with e-newsletter planning, campaign content, and reporting, while supporting marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoice management.
  • Sample Management: Coordinate ad hoc and larger sample requests for consumer testing and PR, collaborating with the Operations Team as needed.
  • Customer Service Support: Address customer service inquiries, coordinate responses with global teams, and manage compensation letters.
  • Retail & Brand Tracking: Conduct monthly retailer audits to monitor competitor activity, track consumer reviews, and support quarterly brand health tracking.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for Plant-Based Living: Deep interest in plant-based foods and sustainable living, with enthusiasm for working in a purpose-led organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify insights.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Skills: Experience with copywriting and basic design.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Canva Experience: Proficiency in Canva or similar design software is a plus.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field OR Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
  • Experience in a marketing support role, ideally in the FMCG or plant-based sector.
