Energy Assessor

This is a fantastic opportunity to are an independent sustainability consultancy who provide excellent environmental services to a broad range of clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for a Technical Energy Assessor to join their energy team in the offices based in Chester.
Key responsibilities for an Energy Assessor include:
Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and assessments
Produce general energy and sustainability reports and statements
Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis to TM59
Provide highly technical services and solutions to clients to build and develop working relationships
Produce WLCA's using OneClick software for planning stages of construction projectsThe ideal Energy Assessor will have:
A minimum of two years' experience within a relevant role within the construction industry
Proficient with IES software to carry out overheating assessments and operational energy analysis
Relevant experience delivering Commercial or Residential EPCs with an NDEA or OCDEA qualification being beneficial
It would be advantageous to have experience delivering Whole Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick for construction projects
Relevant degree in a energy, sustainability, or engineering field.
