Job Title: Commercial Contracts Manager

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Duration: 18 Months

Location: Hybrid (1 day a week M3/M4 Corridor)

Security Clearance Highly Preferable


Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery and management of contracts, focusing on large NEC contracts and programmes. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with stakeholders, while being customer and supplier-facing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, ideally with experience in NEC contracts and Quantity Surveying.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management and delivery of commercial contracts.
  • Lead the management of large NEC contracts and programmes.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while identifying and managing potential risks.


Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing contracts, particularly NEC contracts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Background in Quantity Surveying (preferable).
  • Security Clearance is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
