Inside Sales Coordinator

This established and fast growing organisation currently requires an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support their current Customer base and External Sales staff. Key duties include:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, providing tailored logistics solutions to clients
• Key Account Management
• Providing prompt and precise daily sales and pricing quotations globally
• Negotiating and closing leads into bookings
• Financial checks, processing credit applications
• Building new accounts and onboarding new customers
• Forecasting future volumes

Candidates must have a demonstrable track record as an Inside Sales Coordinator in the shipping, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain sectors, be results orientated and used to working to deadlines.

With a strong customer focus, you will have great communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
