Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our R&D team, focusing on the development and management of digital healthcare products and solutions. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining product vision, including costs and high-level requirements, business case, understanding market needs, and working closely with business and cross-functional teams to translate ideas, problems, and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. The aim is to develop and launch innovative products and prototypes that fully meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

Qualification and Experience Details
  1. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer internal business areas needs to identify opportunities for new product and prototype development and enhancement.
  2. Establish and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals and market/internal demands.
  3. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to transform product concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and functional prototypes.
  5. Actively participate in the creation of contracts and proper documentation for hiring partners involved in product development.
  6. Develop and implement project costs and high-level requirements, understanding market needs.
  7. Prioritize and manage product development activities based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  8. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to refine product offerings and inform future strategies.
  9. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote product adoption and gather market insights.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. Hybrid model, going to the office once a month.
  3. Availability to work in São Paulo.
  4. Advanced English to communicate with the global team.
  5. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or digital solutions domain.
  6. Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  7. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
  8. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  9. Customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs.
  10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
