Position: Treasury Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial and monetary aspects, including cash management, cash flow, liquidity, funding, debt, financial risk, credit facilities, and relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship to the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
3. Lead the monthly accurate Sources and Uses report and ensure timely delivery for deep analysis.
4. Oversee the Capital Call process, providing accurate figures to shareholders and ensuring timely capital arrival to cover cash needs.
5. Manage cash flow operations, payments, and forecasting to ensure liquidity within the organization.
6. Build and maintain relationships with banks to secure favorable terms for the business.
7. Support M&A, Capital Investment, and corporate initiatives and projects.
8. Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risk.
9. Monitor and analyze market trends, financial markets, and regulatory changes impacting treasury operations.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Proven 5 years of experience in International treasury management, preferably within the Energy industry.
2. Finance/Economics degree or related MBA or equivalent in the financial field preferred.
3. Proficient in English.
4. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
5. TMS systems experience, preferably Gesplan.
