We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager

to join our team and help us expand our presence in Brazil.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis, handling substantial budgets.


• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and provide insights.


• Ability to manage budgets, leads plan-fact, and creative tasks independently.


• Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content and coming up with new strategies and experiments.


• Solid level of English; fluent Russian.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

What you will do:

• Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.


• Manage budgets, optimization goals, creative assets, and develop campaign structures across Meta, Google, and other targeted platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.


• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights and alerts.


• Develop and implement new ad strategies and tests.


• Collaborate with the content team to produce effective ad creatives.


• Conduct landing page experiments and manage project timelines.
