We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to optimize our performance marketing efforts in Brazil. Reporting to the global Head of Performance Marketing with a dotted-line to the Head of Marketing Brazil, this role will directly impact the direction of Manychat's further growth in Brazil by helping to form the mid and long-term country roadmap.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. You will be expected to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns effectively and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your role will involve close collaboration with our U.S.-based performance marketing team as well as cross-functional Brazil-based teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:- Create and oversee paid media campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business objectives and target the right audience segments. Campaigns include but are not limited to evergreen performance marketing, product launches/upgrades, multi-channel brand campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate with our in-house designers, writers, and creatives to drive creative and content strategy optimized for performance marketing channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more. Oversee the creation of assets such as videos, graphics, and copy.
- Work closely with our product, UX, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs, product updates, and revenue goals.
- Leverage customer data and market research to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Analyze performance data to evaluate campaign and creative effectiveness, identify trends, and derive optimization insights.
- Create reports and keep key stakeholders updated on campaign progress and impact.
- Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into creative strategies, pushing the boundaries of creativity to differentiate the brand in the market.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving successful performance marketing strategies.
- 3+ years of experience leading multi-channel paid media campaigns with responsibilities for creative optimization.
- Expertise in various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting substantial amounts of data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on the fast-paced challenges of a growing tech environment.
