  4. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for payments and financial services.
  5. Build and maintain trusted relationships with both local and international stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across regions.
  6. Take a proactive role in broader LATAM and Americas region legal initiatives, including coordinating with external counsel and managing cross-border regulatory matters.
  7. Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments in the financial services sector, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico and LATAM, and contribute to Ant International’s institutional regulatory knowledge base.

Minimum Qualifications:

  4. Business development mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey legal advice across diverse teams and cultures.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and inspire confidence in stakeholders.
  7. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  8. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Chinese is a plus.

Growth mindset with an eagerness to grow, learn and take on new challenges.
