DNV is a multinational company divided into several business areas that provide various types of services. Our area is BAG (Business Assurance Group), which specializes in Audits and Training. Clients hire our services through contracts signed between the parties. The scheduling area schedules the services, and our auditors and instructors provide the contracted services. Our auditors go to the company to audit the contracted standard, such as ISO 9001:2015, which is a quality standard. They assess whether the company complies with the standard's requirements and is approved to receive the warranty certificate. If not, they work with the company to address internal errors until they are ready to receive the certificate. Once the service is performed, they send reports of expenses incurred (taxi, food, etc.). These expenses are entered into the systems, and our area is responsible for charging for the service and logistics through an invoice.

We are looking for a finance intern to our São Paulo office to perform the main activities:

  • Administrative tasks
  • Post-billing contact with customers
  • Collection support when necessary
  • General support to the team


Responsibilities

Qualifications

Position qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree on Business/Accounting/Statistics/Economics or related courses (Conclusion between Dec/2025 - Dec/2026)
  • English and Spanish language skills is desirable
  • Good knowledge in administrative tasks;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Strong organization skills;
  • Teamwork and Accountability;
  • Ability to multitask.
