Java Technical Lead - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Job Title : Tech Lead Java. Experience : 6 years. Location : Noida (Hybrid/WFO). Job Type : Full-time. Immediate Joiners Only. About the Role : We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated- Tech Lead Java- to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in Java development and will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and guide the development team in designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality Java-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements. - Take ownership of system architecture, including design decisions and technology selection. - Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning. - Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards and ensure best practices are followed. - Troubleshoot and debug applications, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for optimization. - Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies and integrate them into the project as needed. Key Skills & Qualifications : Education : - B.Tech/BCA/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience : - 6 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a lead role. - Proficiency in- Java 8, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and related frameworks. - Strong understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and multi-threading concepts. - Experience with relational databases like- MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as- MongoDB. - Hands-on experience in- Cloud- technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like- Angular/React- is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g,- Git), build tools (e.g,- Maven,- Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with- Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with containerization tools like- Docker- and orchestration using- Kubernetes. - Prior experience in a- client-facing- role is a plus.
