As a Client Dining Chef de Partie you will be part of a small and friendly team covering hospitality only, mainly focusing on fine dining, supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the day to day running of the operation.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site has very high standards where the food is to the standard that you will find within a Michelin starred restaurant, you will be involved in fine dining, bowl food, canapes, events and more.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie who's looking for a better work life balance, that wants to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high-profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
