Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to join a marine engineering team based in the Dockyard on a temporary contract.

Duties and responsibilities.

* Be responsible for all activities and workforce on site, directing sub-contractors and liaising with senior management.

* Attending daily meetings to plan team objectives.

* Ensuring site administration is up to date at all times.

* Ensure all contractual notifications and correspondence are up to date at all times.

* Ensure all variations/additional works are recorded and liaise with the operations manager to ensure all contractual notifications and correspondence is up to date at all times.

Desirable Skills And Experience:

To be considered for this Site Coordinator role you should have the following experience, skills, and attributes:

* Proven experience as an on-site administrator within the civil engineering sector.

* Hold a relevant industry qualification or be able to demonstrate knowledge.

* Strong people management and relationship building skills.

* Excellent communication and organisation skills.

* Ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.

* IT literate with strong administration skills.

* Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

* SMSTS

* SSSTS

* Security Clearence

This is a full-time contract position working 07:30-17:30 Monday-Friday.
