Contracts Manager

Our client, a highly reputable main contractor based in Lancashire are offering up to £67k DOE for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of projects from Education to Industrial to Commercial Projects with values ranging from £2m up to £10 million. It is envisioned that the successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Contracts / Project Manager in the construction industry.

With a £50 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity for progression and to grow alongside the business.

Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits

Salary £62.5k - £67.5k (DOE)

25 days + bank holidays

Contracts Manager Job Overview

Operating from head office and on-site as required

Overseeing delivery of a range of projects across the commercial, education and industrial sectors.

Responsible for managing multiple contracts from inception to completion

Reporting to the Managing Director.

Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff as required.

Contracts Manager Job Requirements

Prior experience within the construction industry

Full UK Driver's License

Within commuting distance of Lancashire
