Location: Surrey
Salary: £50k to £70k
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Compliance Engineer to join our team focused on green technology automotive projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and safety engineering, with a passion for sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute Compliance and Regulation processes for Engineering products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all compliance and safety standards.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK, EU, and US.
Facilitate the CE and UKCA marking processes for product certification.
Conduct requirements engineering to support project development and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a compliance or safety engineering role, preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, or similar sectors.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the UK, EU, and US.
Proven experience in successfully bringing compliant products to market.
Strong expertise in requirements engineering and associated processes.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
