Job title: Site Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Location: Welling
O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a site manager to work on a large traditional build project that will comprise of multiple blocks and phases. This is a permanent position so after the completion of this project they will be able to move you onto one of a number of other projects they have in a similar area.
To be considered you must have experience of working on large volume high-end new build projects with demonstrated history of working both internal and external stages
The successful Site Manager candidate must have:
* Experience as a No 1 Site Manager
* A strong background within residential construction
* The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
* Steady work history with long stints in each role
