Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented Finance professional with a passion for supporting business growth? We're on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help drive our established business forward.
About the Role: As Finance Manager, you will be an essential part of our team, taking charge of day-to-day financial operations and contributing to our company’s growth by delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions and reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Handle debt management and credit control
Generate invoices and monitor budgets
Prepare financial reports, including monthly/annual VAT returns
Provide daily financial snapshot reports
Analyse and improve business processes for efficiency Your Background:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the fenestration or construction industry, is highly valued
AAT, ACCA, or CIMA certification
Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), and previous CRM experience
Exceptional accuracy, organization, and analytical skills with a methodical approach to tasks
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
