They are respected throughout the industry; take pride in the quality of the projects they deliver and due to their continued success and growth they are now looking for a Office Administrator to join their team in Preston.
They work across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage & Leisure with projects valued anywhere between £5m - £15m.

The Role - Office Administrator
As a Office Administrator you will be working within the head office in Preston and will be responsible for assisting with a number of duties which include:
Ensure the office facilities and consumables are maintained in an organised manner
Support the site team in the preparation of correspondence and reports
Book and facilitate the organisation of meetings
Preparation and distribution of all relevant papers in advance.
Sort, maintain, copy and distribute correspondence as directed
Ensure relevant paperwork is filled appropriately and maintained in an organised manner
Have a high-level appreciation of the document management system and be able to scan, upload and retrieve documents
Required Skills/Experience?
Experience working in a construction environment would be highly desirable, although it is not essential to the role
Experience working in a similar role elsewhere
The ability to work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision, effectively managing your time and completing tasks in order of priority
Proficiency with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office
You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail
