Operations Manager (Fire & Security) - South Division (Crawley) - £50,000 - £60,000

The Role:
Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Fire & Security contracts, ensuring they are executed efficiently and profitably.
Lead and mentor team leaders, providing guidance and support to achieve operational targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive performance, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with business objectives.
