Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new build construction projects across various sectors.
Manage project budgets, programmes, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance and project success.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members through effective communication and collaboration.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering new build construction projects across various sectors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
