The Role:
As Southern Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 12 fire and security engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and light industrial sites.
The team has been earmarked for growth, reaching c20 engineers next year.
Your area will cover the South West and South East and you will be expected to travel to sites to meet clients and your engineers.
Your focus is service delivery and client management and you will not be responsible for reporting on your contracts Profit and Loss.
You will have visibility on the schedule of work for your engineers and you will have ultimate control over your team, ensuring you meet your contractual and statutory compliance.
For the past few years, the business has grown >30% year on year and client retention current stands at 96% so opportunities for further progression are excellent.

Required Skills:
You will have a track record in FM service delivery, preferably within the fire and security sector but applications are also welcome if you have managed mobile teams of M&E service engineers for commercial clients.
You will have / be:
* A trade qualification.
* Managed teams of mobile engineers.
* Worked in a service delivery environment with SLA's / KPI's.
* Understand statutory compliance.
* Strong work ethic
* Computer literate
* Willingness to go the extra mile
* Self motivated and a team player, demonstrating professionalism, positivity and proactiveness.
The Salary:
c£55K - potentially negotiable depending on experience
40 hours (8.30am - 5pm )
Electric Company Car (VW ID4 or equivalent) with private use and free home charger.
21 days holidays + Stats (negotiable)
3/5% pension contributions
