Sub Agent

We are looking for experienced civils and earthworks site engineers looking to take the next step in their careers.

Projects are varied in size and values, with a mix of public and private sector schemes predominantly in infrastructure work.

Sites are in England and will require some travel. The majority of projects being located across the middle the country. Company car and excellent salary package dependant on experience. Iam currently working alongside a leading civil engineeringcontractor who are looking to hire an experienced sub agent due to a number of new contracts being awarded.

Sub Agent Responsibilities:

• Management of subcontractors
• Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the control of the works are reviewed, approved, and adhered to.
• Management of health and safety.
• Managing the engineering team.
• Daily record keeping and briefings
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.
• Site supervisor requirements:

Site Agent Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold/Black.
• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience within the civil engineering sector ideally water based.
• Strong communication skills.
