Project Managers are required for a permanent position within the construction industry. This is a site based role. We are looking for a Project manager based in Kensington. The project is a £16m fit out, its a new 4500 seater music venue.
As the Project Manager you should have similar experience with a special fit out project and be fully responsible for day to day PM duties. These duties will include managing a team of a design manager, site managers and quantity surveyors.
Must have:
* Previous experience in the construction industry within a special fit out project
* SMSTS
* Provide relevant references.
