Job Description
Long term freelance opportunity for a Design Manager in Kent paying a competitive day rate.
A Design Manager opportunity to work with a well known developer a large new build residential scheme.
Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a large developer in their search for a Design Manager to join their design team. This is an opportunity to be based within the office. As Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing technical team and have full support from a Design Director.
Our client works on large schemes usually £50M+. For this role you must have main contracting experience with either a tier 1 main contractor or SME.
For this role, our client Is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 6 months plus contract of work.
