Administrator, Bristol, Salary from £23,000 up to £25,000 per annum + Training & Progression Opportunities + Private Pension Scheme!
Administrator required to join our client’s building services team at their Bristol office. The Administrator must have an efficient and organized work ethic, including great communication skills to successfully manage the schedules of engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
* Efficiently coordinate the schedules of engineers and subcontractors.
* Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
* Utilise Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for daily tasks.
* Responding to any queries regarding invoicing, clients and reports.
* Facilitating communication between departments, clients, and external partners.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience working in the Facilities Management Industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Preferred: Experience with CAFM systems like Elog and Concerto.
