Salary Scale: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience

About the role:
GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a highly inclusive school in Lincoln. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive educator who will support students' learning, foster engagement, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Teaching Assistant Role:
The successful Teaching Assistant will be part of a collaborative and caring team focused on helping students reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will:
Provide classroom support to students under the guidance of the teacher.
Assist with small group or one-on-one intervention work.
Adapt activities to meet the needs of individual students.
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural needs.
Contribute positively to students' social and emotional well-being.
