What You Will Do

You will support a team of contract design engineers and project managers, ensuring project requirements are coordinated and expedited for timely delivery to customers. Your role will involve coordinating shipping, resolving project-related issues, and maintaining documentation integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

How You Will Do It

  • Provide support to project managers and engineers.

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers effectively.

  • Collaborate with Design and Production departments for accurate information.

  • Attend meetings to discuss project progress.

  • Expedite project-specific materials and address invoicing issues.

  • Generate necessary documentation for the Production department and subcontractors.

  • Maintain accurate records and files, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Coordinate all project team members to keep workflows on schedule.

  • Organize and archive project documentation, implementing an efficient document control system.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards through regular audits and stakeholder communication.

  • Prepare reports on document status and pending approvals.
