CNC Miller
Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with an established Precision Engineering company based near Highworth who are looking for an additional CNC Miller.
Due to workload, the company is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team on a permanent basis.
The company was established over a decade ago, as much as the business is young in age, the experience within the facility is quite the opposite.
With a hands-on approach, the Management staff are heavily involved with the day to day running of the business, and as such, are looking to work with the best people.
Skill set is important, but the right person for the team is just as, if not more important to this business.
The successful candidate can expect a warm welcome and a hard-working environment.
What we are looking for:
CNC Milling expert
Programming, setting and operating CNC Mills
Siemens controls experience would be heavily advantageous (Heidenhain also)
CAD CAM Programming experience would be advantageous (HyperMill)

Punctuality
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Apprentice Trained machinist
What the company is offering:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Monday - Friday - 39 Hour week (Early finish on Friday)
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
