Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile)
Location: Cornwall
Hours of work: 41.25
Contract Type: Permanent
ISS UK Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, providing top-quality maintenance and building services engineering to a variety of commercial sites across Cornwall.
In this role, you will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsibility for AC and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames
* Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance including fabric and other related tasks
* Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
* Undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients’ AC systems
* Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding
* Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work
* Ensure that all AC equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
* Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Significant previous experience in providing reactive and PPM AC or HVAC related maintenance
* Experience of working within FM or building services within commercial properties
* City and Guilds in A/C or equivalent
* F Gas Cat 1
* Full UK Driving licence
