Air source heat pump Manager

Resourcing Group is working in partnership with a maintenance contractor based in the South West of England. They specialise in carrying out retrofit works in people's homes and offer upgrades, improving the energy efficiency with in the properties.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air source heat pumps in residential and commercial properties.
Manage and train a team of technicians, ensuring high standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct site assessments and provide tailored recommendations to clients on heating solutions.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging technologies, and government incentives for renewable heating.
Provide post-installation support and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience with air source heat pump systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple installations.
Excellent understanding of renewable energy regulations and government incentives in the UK.
Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team.
Relevant certification in heating, ventilation, or renewable energy systems (desirable).
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Full UK driving license.
A van and fuel card, or a car allowance in addition to the basic salary is on offer.
