Seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to contribute to the continues success and growth of the business. You would be working in the Civil Engineering & Utilities branch of the business, which is the area the company has targeted for significant growth after landing two new significant frameworks.
About The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the on-site team to deliver high quality projects safely, efficiently and in alignment with the client requirements, project programmes and with budgeted costs.
Liaising with the Operations Manager to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site, manage hazards & risks. You will ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites and monitor the progress of project programme. Build an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.
The role will be working as part of a new National Grid framework. Replacing the current cabling systems within our infrastructure with bigger and more power
About You:
• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Previous experience working on Civil Engineering Utility Scheme and/or National Grid Schemes.
• Birmingham – 1 hour commute
• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
• Degree Qualified or relative qualification.
