Scaffold Co-Ordinator - Renfrewwshire

BMS require an experiened Scaffolding Co-ordinator for a long-term contract in the Renfrewshire area. The job details are listed below:

* Act as the principal contact in the co-ordination of all scaffolding equipment on site

* Liaise with all contractors with scaffolding requirements and coordinate on a day-to-day basis.

* Hold weekly scaffold coordination meetings.

* Produce weekly progress reports.

* Ensure that all quality and safety standards are adhered to.

* Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSW requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS.

* Ensures all scaffolding operations are planned, organised, and undertaken by competent persons.

Requirements:

* CISRS Advanced scaffolding inspection.

* Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).

* +5 Years industry experience.

* Previous experience in coordination role.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications.

* Solution orientated.

* Good forward planner.

* Good communicator.
