Job Description

We are looking for a talented Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in Exeter and surrounding areas.

This is a permanent role, but offered on a 12 week temp to perm contract initially.

Job role details:

Work on building maintenance, improvement work and new installations on domestic properties
40 hours work per week
Salary of £36-38,000 per annum + van and fuel card
Some on call work potentially

Requirements:

Full driving license
Electrical NVQ Level 3
2391
Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a busy team with ongoing permanent work in the Exeter area.
