Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor overseeing the successful delivery of civil works within the water sector. This multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water industry, with future works in the Midlands region. They offer excellent opportunities for career progression and development, and due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to be based on sites initially in the East Midlands area.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Overseeing day-to-day site operationsEnsuring adherence to health, safety and environmental policiesReporting progress to key project stakeholdersManaging construction activitiesCoordinating and supervising subcontractorsMaintaining budgets and schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will:Have previous experience in civil works within the water industry, in a site management or supervising capacityHold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualificationUnderstand health, safety and environmental policiesBe able to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractorsPossess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
