HR Business Partner

Due to an internal restructure my client is seeking an experienced strategic HR Business Partner to join their team.

Up to £75k + Bonus + Benefits

South Warwickshire Office Location - 2 Days per week - 1-2 Days National Travel, 1-2 Days WFH per week.

Partnering with the Director and SLT of the business unit as HR Business Partner you will develop the people plan to support business objectives and will include -

- Strategic Workforce Planning

- Organisational Design

- Talent Management and Succession Planning

- Developing strong Union relations

As an experienced strategic HR Business Partner you will have partnered with Exec level stakeholders, and have experience as above within a Construction environment.
