We’re seeking 2 experienced Internal Site Managers for a fast-paced, high-end residential project in Dorset. This is a freelance role for a high-end block of flats, with various floors progressing at different stages, so adaptability and strong coordination skills are essential!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee internal works across multiple floors at various stages of completion.
Ensure high standards of quality are met for luxury finishes.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules to keep the project moving on time and on budget.
Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
