Job title: Contract Manager
Location: Multi-Purpose Commercial Site in Central London
Hours: Based on site Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £70,000 Per annum + Package
Requirements:
P&L experience
Managed a hard FM contract/team previously
Technical background (Desired)

About the role: My client is looking to take on board an innovative and ambitious contract manager to manage a multipurpose commercial site consisting of multi-million pound residential sites, 5 star hotels and flagship retail sites. There is a team of engineers on set, 1 technical supervisor and 1 contract support. The site has a rough P&L of £1 million and you will be solely managing this.
Responsibilities:
Take full financial and delivery responsibility for a portfolio of contracts ensuring that you cost effectively deliver contracted services as well as additional services, within legislative and contractual obligations.
Achieve contracted service levels, as well as service levels set out for contract delivery, and / or any other task completion.
Ensure that statutory obligations are met in full and ensure that the business is not exposed to undue risks.
Ensure that records, data and systems are maintained up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
Maintain excellent client relationships and maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin and contract retention.
Drive value added sales to the contract portfolio to increase contract margin and to promote wider business opportunities outside of the MS division.Contact us to apply.
