Installation Engineer Bricklaying Bricklayer
Our client are a well-established company specialising in chimney repairs, installations, and maintenance services. Their work extends to residential and commercial properties, providing high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service. They are now looking for an experienced tradesman who can contribute to our team with strong skills in bricklaying, plastering, or general construction.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
* Installation of stoves and related materials
* Install and repair chimney liners/ components to ensure safety and efficiency in venting systems.
* Carry out repointing of chimney brickwork and complete partial or full chimney rebuilds when necessary.
* Ensure proper erection of scaffolding or ladders for safe access to chimney structures, especially in tall buildings or challenging environments.
* Perform bricklaying, plastering,
Required:
* Proven experience in a related construction field
* Skilled in plastering, bricklaying, or general construction work
* Strong attention to detail and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Holds full UK driving licence
Preferred:
* Certifications in chimney engineering or construction-related fields
* Experience in scaffolding or working at heights
