Product Manager - SaaS

£55-70k + Benefits + hybrid working

A Product Manager opportunity for a growing SaaS business offering software solutions to the medical and healthcare industries. The Product Manager will play a key role in a dedicated Digital product team, focused on delivering a greenfield product and improving product functionality and user experience.

The company offer flexible hybrid working options (4 days WFH) with modern offices Berkshire.

Responsibilities will include:

• Play a key role in designing the Product strategy and roadmap
• Lead the associated product team across the full lifecycle
• Promote positive user experience and feature utilisation
• Liaise with the marketing teams in designing the Product go-to-market strategy
• Work closely with the internal Tech teams, 3rd party vendors, and Senior stakeholders

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven experience in leading the delivery of SaaS products
• Experience of gathering requirements from Tech and non-tech stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile teams and following relevant processes (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience working with cross functional teams
