Legal Counsel

Our client is renowned for its innovation and excellence. With a strong market reputation and a commitment to delivering outstanding service; they are seeking a commercial Lawyer to join their legal team.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial legal work. The successful candidate will be reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts. Additionally, you will help protect the Group’s intellectual property by liaising with global IP advisors to protect and manage trademarks.

The candidate must bring a proactive, business and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and legal team.

About you:

The successful candidate will have at least 4 PQE, having trained in a top UK law firm. Experience within the healthcare, social services or recruitment sectors would be advantageous. Ideally you would have experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced corporate/commercial in-house environment. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute.
