Construction Site Manager

Our client is a reputable design and build main contractor who operate nationwide across the UK.

They are specialists within the interior design and fit out world, but offer full turnkey solutions.

They have a new project due to start in December and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a contract basis.

• Location: RG41, Berkshire
• Scope of work: Commercial Fit Out
• Start Date: 02/12/24
• Duration: Dec 24 – May 25 (6 months)
• Pay: £250 - £280 a day (depending upon experience)

Criteria:

• Valid Management CSCS Card/Qualification
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
• Commercial Fit Out Experience
• Experience working for a design & build contractor (desirable)
• Strong Health & Safety background and qualifications (desirable)
• Ability to deal with sub-contractors at all levels
• Strong communication and IT Skills
• Working references – essential
