POSITION : CDM Principal Designer

LOCATION : Commutable from Hull , Beverley, York , Selby , Doncaster, Grimsby , Lincoln, Scunthorpe , Driffield. Hybrid working available.

SALARY AND BENEFITS : Negotiable salary.

THE ROLE : This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDM Principal Designer to join this successful and established Consultancy. They work across multiple sectors so are open to hear from candidates with varied experience within the Construction sector.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :

• Previous experience working as a CDM Principal Designer
• Experience of managing and monitoring design changes
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations
• Experience of attending design meetings
• The ability to evaluate Designer Risk Assessments
• Previously produced the Pre-Construction Information Document
• Experience of working within multi-disciplinary project teams
• UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills
