We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead and develop our UK sales strategy from inception. Reporting directly to the CEO, this global role offers the opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of our company, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to clients across sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, e-commerce, and retail. This is a unique opportunity to craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, establish new markets, and influence the future direction of a fast-growing global technology consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust, scalable sales strategy for the UK market, aligning with the company’s global vision and business objectives. As the key architect of this strategy, you will have the autonomy to shape it from inception.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to ensure the UK strategy integrates seamlessly with global goals, driving growth across all regions where the company operates.
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers within client organizations in industries such as banking, finance, insurance, e-commerce, and retail. Understand their strategic challenges and position our solutions and services as key enablers of their transformation objectives.
  • Business Development: Take full ownership of business development activities, expanding our footprint in key sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading high-value contract negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Continuously optimize processes and strategies to drive sustained growth in the UK market.
  • Market Expansion: Leverage deep industry insights to explore new market opportunities and deliver impactful solutions and services that align with the client's business objectives and broader market trends.
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation: Lead efforts to position the company as a thought leader in digital transformation, offering cutting-edge solutions and services that enhance operational efficiency and deliver competitive advantages for our clients globally.

Your Profile:

  • A visionary leader with over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the IT Consulting & Services sector, with a proven ability to drive growth in competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies from inception, with experience in building new markets and leading business development initiatives.
  • Expertise in working with senior executives and influencing high-value sales decisions, particularly in sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, e-commerce, or retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing large-scale, complex deals focused on delivering measurable value for clients.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of creating and managing high-performance teams.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the vision to align local strategies with global business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
