Job Description

An Energy infrastructure business is currently looking for a BDM. The business own and develop District Heating networks. The BDM will be responsible for securing new connections to existing schemes. The BDM will initiate initial contact, developing client relationships, driving forward opportunities. The BDM will work with the internal team to drive forward concept designs & financial modelling. The BDM will be responsible for managing the sales process to financial close, involving legal & contractual negotiations.


Responsibilities


  • Find and develop opportunities
  • Develop key relationships with decision makers
  • Lead internal teams to provide commercial & technical solutions
  • Identify risks in sales process
  • Lead contractual negotiations


Role Requirements


  • Technical understanding of the energy sector
  • Experience of project managing sales process
  • Commercial negotiation experience
  • Lead Generation
