Electrical Construction Manager

My client is a globally recognised, market-leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with extensive experience delivering high-profile projects across the UK and Europe. They specialise in a wide range of sectors, including major commercial, health care, and mission-critical developments.
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the pre-construction and delivery of a large-scale commercial Shell & Core project in central London worth £92mil M&E. This project is set to begin on-site in March 2025, with completion scheduled for September 2027.

Develop and oversee the electrical construction plan, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Supervise and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and other site personnel, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring work stays within the allocated budget while maintaining quality standards.
Plan and update work schedules to ensure timely completion of electrical installations and coordinate with other trades on-site.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical installations, ensuring they meet design specifications and comply with safety standards.
Ensure all electrical work complies with health and safety regulations, and oversee the implementation of safety protocols on site.
Monitor the quality of electrical installations, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
