Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working for a Main contractor on a variety of developments across the West Yorkshire and Lancashire region.
Excellent career opportunity to work for an award winning Construction business
Understanding of public sector works, new build developments, large scale refurbishment, Residential and restoration projects.
Previous experience of working as Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry
Residential experience desirable
Estimating
cost variations
managing sub contractor packages
Ability to oversee other junior Quantity Surveyors
Career development
Autonomous working - capability of working with like minded individuals - managing your own developments
Experience of various forms of construction contracts
Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
RICS accredited - ideal
