Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carrying out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, planned and call out maintenance and repairs.
* You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements.
* Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
* You should have a full, current, driving licence, be IT literate for record keeping
* Have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:
* Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (AND/OR?) 17th or 18th edition.
* Background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
* Good verbal and written communication.
