Health and Safety Manager Opportunity - High-End Residential ️
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Upto £55,000 + Package
We’re recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to join a prestigious, high-end residential construction business based in Oxfordshire. If you’re passionate about creating safe, compliant, and well-managed sites, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on luxury residential projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and manage all health and safety protocols across multiple high-end residential sites.
Conduct regular audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to ensure full compliance.
Collaborate with site teams to create and maintain a culture of safety and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to staff and subcontractors, ensuring awareness and adherence to safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in construction health and safety, preferably with experience in high-spec residential projects.
NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualifications.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to foster a safety-first culture in a fast-paced environment.
