Creativity: Contribute to creating a vibrant, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels safe, happy, and engaged.
Individual Attention: Provide tailored support for children, ensuring their unique needs are met and they thrive both academically and socially.
Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents, ensuring they’re part of their child’s learning journey.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for early years education – you’re enthusiastic about working with children aged 3-5.
Patience, empathy, and creativity – you're ready to engage children in fun, play-based learning.
Strong communication skills – you’re confident in building relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
Experience or qualifications in Early Years Education (EYFS) is desirable, but a love for working with children is a must!
