For an important leading company in wireless communication IP, we are looking for the:

HARDWARE SENIOR TEAM LEADER

who, working closely with algorithms, software and validation Teams, will be responsible for a Group of Digital Design Engineers developing cutting edge wireless communication solutions.

The candidate will manage a team of 5-10 people and will report to the Director of Wi-Fi.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences
• 8 years of experience in Digital Design + 3 years in tech lead or managerial position
• In-depth knowledge of Verilog
• Technical lead and monitoring experience
• Ability to follow a design flow:

• RTL
• testbench
• code coverage
• synthesis
• formal verification
• gate level simulation

Experience in Digital Design and RTL SimulationTeam player with communication abilitiesThe knowledge of French language could be a plus but it's not required

The following skills will be considered as a plus:

• Knowledge in Wi-Fi 802.11/ Bluetooth/ Cellular 3GPP / 802.15.4 standards
• Knowledge in modem development and Wireless communication systems
• Experience in SOC Architecture and FPGA implementation
